MIS part 1 by Kassidy [POEM]

And I saw her,

  Hair woven into braids,

  Warm coffee brown eyes,

  An alluring smile,

  Curious to know more about this beauty,

  I decided I would meet her.

To my utter dismay i'd met a Miss,

 A Mistress,

 I thought I was in love with her so I gave her all I had to give,

  I gave and gave selflessly and she took and took selfishly,

  Never giving back,

I thought relationships were all about give and take but all she did was... TAKE

  Her name was... I had made a....

 Her name was MIS - take,

Damn Mistake.

  Wounded and heartbroken I thought I'd learnt from my MIS- take,

  I heard beauty goes deeper than the surface,

  So I decided to dig deep, search deeper ,

  Maybe just maybe I'll find good fortune,

   I met another miss,

   She seemed to have a heart of gold and a beauty like no other,

   I thought I'd finally found "the one",

    Like all that glitters isn't gold,

    She wasn't all she seemed,

     She was  Mis - Fortune

     And I was rather unfortunate.
